Would Robert Pattinson Make a Good Father?

Despite being fawned over by women young and old, Robert Pattinson doesn't foresee himself being the bachelor type. Instead, the 24-year-old British actor, who's is rumored to be seeing Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart, dreams of becoming a family man.

Talking to the Chicago Sun-Times, the hunky vampire wouldn't speculate on marriage, but did say he'd "love to have a family -- sometime in the future." Whether that family ends up including Stewart or some other lucky lady is impossible to know.

With the final installment of the Twilight saga under wraps, Pattinson can leave all the make-up and fangs behind him. But will he hold on to Kristen? And do you see him as a good father?

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson Go for a Birthday Bike Ride

On Saturday, actress Kristen Stewart celebrated her 21st birthday with the Twilight cast and crew at Rockwell's Bar & Grill in Squamish, Vancouver. Naturally, Stewart's rumored boyfriendRobert Pattinson was part of the festivities.

A source told told Us Magazine, "Rob led the crowd singing for her, and you could tell she was so embarrassed but in a cute way!"

Stewart and her guests chowed down on oysters and hors d'oeuvres as well as a "simple chocolate cake" created by a private catering company. Witnesses say Stewart and Pattinson made no attempt to conceal their affection for one another: "Rob and Kristen were together all night. They held hands and he kissed her cheek a bunch of times."

Stewart was treated to a big birthday surprise: Another source told Us that people pitched in to buy Kristen a motorcycle.

"Rob was so excited for Kristen and they each took turns riding it. Kristen learned to ride a dirt bike in New Moon so they thought it would be appropriate. Rob was supervising as she sat on it to make sure she was ok. They looked like they were having a great time, and it will be something they can really enjoy!"

Maybe Rob and Kristen will use the new bike for an impromptu road trip after their next projects wrap up. Stewart is starring in the upcoming adaptation of Jack Kerouac's On the Road, after all.

Robert Pattinson Was Not Sexy While Filming 'Water for Elephants' Love Scenes

Robert Pattinson commands the lust and admiration of girls around the world, but Reese Witherspoon says her love scenes with the British actor in Water for Elephants left her disappointed. That's because Rob was apparently suffering from the most disgusting cold ever during the shoot.

“Rob possibly had the most hideous horrible cold of any co-star I’ve ever had to do a love scene with ever in my entire life," Reese told intouchweekly.com. "I’m going to say it’s a little bit of a downer. I was a little disappointed. It wasn’t sexy.

“He was literally snorting and snotting through every second of it – and it was not appealing. I’m talking green, infectious, disgusting – I’m not kidding!”

Their unfortunate timing aside, Rob has had nothing but good things to say about filming the movie, especially since it doesn't involve loads of make-up and yellow contact lenses.

“It’s nice to be able to actually touch your face without thinking you’re going to get a huge smudge mark over it," he said. "Not having a big kabuki mask on and contacts lenses for ‘Water for Elephants’ was a totally different experience.”

Robert Pattinson Plans Major Revenge Against the Paparazzi

Robert Pattinson was a relatively unknown actor before landing the role of a lifetime as Edward Cullen in the Twilight series, so the fact that paparazzi now follow his every move is pretty strange -- not to mention annoying. So, he's already plotting how to get the photogs back, when he's a little removed from the spotlight.

The British heartthrob told Elle.com: “You know, when the whole thing dries up and there's hardly any paparazzi around - I don't know, in 15 years or something - I like the idea of just one paparazzo coming out and trying to get a picture, and I just beat the s**t out of him. I mean - out of nowhere - when my picture's not even worth anything … and I've spent all my money, so you can't sue me!”

Pattinson, whose next role is opposite Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon in romantic dramaWater for Elephants, has developed some unusual techniques to try stop the paparazzi.

He revealed: “A bunch of paparazzi were following me, and I thought the best way to deal with it was to stop my car in the middle of the street and say, 'I'm not leaving, and I'm not going to speak to you anymore.’ They got all p***ed off because they can't just keep taking the same picture. We were in Venice by the boardwalk, and they kept trying to get all these drug dealers to come up to the car. I was just like, ‘Oh my God, this is insane.’ ”

Robert Pattinson Furious over Leaked 'Breaking Dawn' Photos

Robert Pattinson has choice words for one of his Twilight fans. Specifically, the unnamed person who leaked a series of photos from the upcoming film Breaking Dawn last week. One of the images showed Bella and Edward in an intimate embrace, while the other appeared to show Bella undergoing a peculiar transformation.

"It's just ridiculous. I literally can't believe that it happened," Pattinson told MTV. He then issued a call to arms:
I want the Twilight troops to mobilize, all the good fans, and find out who these little sh**s are and just hack into their compuyters and destroy them ... I'm being genuinely serious, Twilight fans ... Punish them. Fighting words! But this isn't the first time Pattinson has been furious at hackers. Earlier this year, Pattinson said he was going to sue an Australian teen who allegedly hacked into his personal email account.

Pattinson just doesn't get why anyone would have leaked the photos in the first place. "Why do this maliciously? You're not a fan. You're just a di**. That's all there is to it."

Robert Pattinson Poses With Alligator on Vanity Fair's Cover, Talks Kristen Stewart

The cover page of Vanity Fair's latest issue has been unveiled, showing Robert Pattinson who tosses an alligator on his shoulder. Donning a white shirt, he poses near what looks like a lake and wears a black hat like it was reported before.

In an interview with the magazine, Robert talks about his rumored romantic relationship with Kristen Stewart. "It's just very traumatic," he says. "When this [the 'Twilight' mania] is over, the media will lose interest [in the relationship]. There'll be nothing to say. It won't fit into a headline anymore. It won't fit into a template."

Of Kristen herself, the Brit heartthrob has nothing but good words, praising her as a good actress. Robert admits he has admired the "Twilight" beauty for a long time, saying "She's cool. Even before I knew her, I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw 'Into the Wild', and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is."

But Robert's favorite movie star is Tai, an Asian elephant he worked with on upcoming film "Water for Elephants". "She was the best actor I ever worked with in my life," he says. "I cried when the elephant was wrapped. I never cried when anyone else was wrapped."

The April issue of Vanity Fair featuring Robert Pattinson will hit newsstands in New York and L.A. on Thursday, March 3, and nationally and on the iPad on Tuesday, March 8. Meanwhile, picture of the cover page and the interview with Robert can be seen on the official site.
