Winklevoss Twins Must Live with $65 Million Facebook Deal

Whether they "like" it or not, the Winklevoss twins are going to have to live with their previously agreed upon $65 million dollar Facebook settlement reached in 2008. Cameron and Tyler -- whose story became well-known to the public after their portrayal in the Oscar winning film, The Social Network -- were told on Monday by a Ninth Circuit court that they cannot seek any more money from Facebook.

The twins claim that Mark Zuckerberg stole their idea for a social network site and created Facebook behind their backs, and in 2008 the courts agreed, awarding them $65 million. But the Olympian rowers now feel that Zuckerberg didn't disclose the proper value of the stock, and feel they are owed four times as much! Only problem, Chief Judge Alex Kozinski is not buying it: "At some point, litigation must come to an end," he said in a closing opinion.

The twins have resorted to tweeting all their e-mails and court records involving Facebook. Releasing sensitive information online is probably not the best way to get on the court's good side, but if for some reason you enjoy reading loads of heavy material in broken up twitterform, check it out!
